The District Conference will be held at Hollywood Casino in Bay St. Louis. A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees.

Special Registration Options Available

We’re offering a $25 Conference Package for those attending Friday’s Service Project and/or Food Fest only. This helps cover shared event costs like tables, chairs, facility fees, security, and entertainment.

There’s also a Spouse Add-On Registration available! This allows you to purchase tickets for your spouse to attend the Governor’s Banquet on Saturday and Jazz Brunch on Sunday.

We hope you and your spouse will join us—especially for the President’s Processional at the Banquet!

RYLA Applications Now Open!

Rotary District 6840 is now accepting applications for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)—a dynamic leadership experience for high school students. RYLA builds confidence, teamwork, communication skills, and a passion for service through hands-on activities and mentorship.

Club Points Submission Update

  1. Point Summaries
    If you notice discrepancies in your club’s points, please reach out individually so we can work through any updates.

  2. Submitting Points
    To ensure accurate tracking, we encourage clubs to submit points via the designated form (link below). If multiple individuals are reporting points, each must complete a separate form. Alternatively, bulk points can be emailed directly Meg Noonan at meg.noonan@comcepts.net to simplify the process.

  3. Deputy Governors
    We’ve noticed an absence of point submissions from Deputy Governors. As a reminder, Deputy Governors are responsible for entering their club’s points.
