The Literacy Legacy
February 2026
3rd Edition
The registration page and the link for room reservations are now available. Please visit

information, so you won’t want to miss it.

Clubs should be actively preparing for the 8 in 8 Membership Challenge. One key
element of our efforts is building a consistent method to attract and retain members.
The strategies you put in place now will continue to benefit your club in the years to
come.

Many successful professionals credit their achievements to following reliable processes.
Using a dependable approach increases our chances of reaching our goals.
Imagine the advantages of welcoming up to eight new members into your club. They
can:

● Bring fresh energy and different viewpoints
● Share in leadership and service responsibilities
● Expand the club’s influence and impact within the community
● Strengthen the club’s long-term sustainability

Reflecting on our objectives brings to mind the saying about kicking field goals: three
outcomes are possible, but two aren’t so great. What we’re aiming for flips that
around—three outcomes are possible, and two are positive: gaining new members and
establishing a process that supports future growth.

🕊️💙 February is Peacebuilding & Conflict Prevention Month 💙🕊️

February reminds us that peace starts with understanding, compassion, and connection. As Rotarians, we build peace by fostering dialogue, supporting our communities, and choosing collaboration over conflict—locally and globally. 🌍🤝

Every kind conversation, service project, and act of goodwill brings us one step closer to a more peaceful world. Let’s keep showing that Rotary creates peace through action. ✨⚙️
