2. Register to attend at Rotary6840.org Using this Link
3. Compete for Public Relations Prizes in the month-long Rotary 6840 Scavenger Hunt
WHAT: A Mid Year Check Up experience that demonstrates our Ability to Adapt!
  1. With the help of a Rotarian-owned IT firm, we will compile your answers to the survey for a comprehensive overview of service to the communities of D6840.
  2. We will measure our impact as an entire district of Rotarians.
  3. Based on the survey responses, we will feature clubs with unique solutions to challenges; themes and categories many clubs have in common; ideas that can be applied more broadly and collaboratively across clubs and Increase our Impact.
  4. We will show video clips of our own D6840 Rotarians/Rotaractors/Interactors competing in the Scavenger Hunt.
BONUS MATERIAL:
  • The Scavenger Hunt is an opportunity to WIN A FULL PR REVIEW AND PROFESSIONAL PR CAMPAIGN FOR YOUR CLUB to Expand Our Reach!
  • We have partnered with a (Rotaractor) Communications Specialist to make this possible -- your survey responses and scavenger hunt entries provide the initial materials -- so make sure your club REPRESENTS!  Teams can be made up of family members/club members/RYLA graduates sponsored by your clubs...
  • We will also create MINI SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS for clubs who complete BOTH the survey AND the scavenger hunt
FINAL THOUGHTS:
  • Have fun!  (The 5th part of the 4 Way Test)
  • The survey can be answered by more than one person, so your treasurer can supply some answers, past presidents other answers...our team will pull all of your answers together.  Many hands make light work --  People of Action make everything easier and Enhance Participant Engagement.
  • The Scavenger Hunt is meant as a fun opportunity to build goodwill and better friendship among your club members.  The tasks range from simple to challenging to outright goofy fun.  The end result will be some fantastic branding material for your social media platforms.
