There are 2 concurrent training sessions (Zoom breakout rooms):
1. Grants Training to qualify your club for a 2021-2022 District Grant
2. Data Management Training Intended for all Club Secretaries, Executive Secretaries, and PR Chairs
In this session we will troubleshoot/learn about:
logging in to the District ClubRunner site to manage club member data, adding club events to the district calendar, and synchronizing data with Rotary.org
We will also look at club level data and report functions in Rotary.org
And setting up events and fundraisers on facebook
TO MAKE THE BEST USE OF OUR TIME TOGETHER, PRIOR TO THE DATE, PLEASE:
- follow the prompts at Rotary6840.org to log in to the Member Area and see what functions you can access
- follow the prompts at Rotary.org to set up a My Rotary Account and see what functions you can access
- identify WHO IN YOUR CLUB is the administrator of your club's facebook page
- as PR Chair and Club Secretary, you should be listed as one of the people in that function
- within your club's data management platform, identify WHO IS ADMIN and ensure that you as Club Secretary or Club Executive Secretary have the correct level of clearance to edit member and club information
- search your inbox for messages from @clubrunner.email MARK THIS AS NOT SPAM/NOT FILTERED -- as a club leader you are responsible for reading all communications from the district; specifically the monthly newsletter and communications from the Dsitrict Governor, your Assistant Governor, and the Membership, Foundation, and PR Chairs.
