The Rotary Club of Poplarville hosted the 42nd Annual Blueberry Jubilee 5K and 1-mile Fun Run on June 13th. The event helped over 200 runners have a healthy run through downtown Poplarville, which is known as the Blueberry Capitol of Mississippi. Money raised from the event funded Rotary projects such as Brothers Keepers Food Pantry, Backpack Buddies of Poplarville, and Pearl River Community College scholarships. Runners can mark their calendars for Saturday, June 12th, for the 2027 race.
